Datamonger downloads public research datasets and returns native data frames and sparse matrices in Python, R, and Julia. Its clients verify that they decode the same values, and a standalone command-line tool provides verified downloads for use with other software.

Each dataset has a versioned record describing its source, format, provenance, license, and citations. You can pin the registry and dataset version to keep an analysis reproducible and reuse cached datasets offline.
